The layout is lovely, but it is cutting of some of the beginning words to your poem. Otherwise I love this one.

This is absolutely brilliant. I've never been much of a poetry writer myself, so I really appreciate when I find a poem that really tells me something. I adore the way your wording flows, like you feel the need to stop and consider the first stanza before moving onto the second. I love your closing line, it sums up the entire emotion held by your words in the previous stanzas. This is really wonderful! :]

It's a really nice poem, the word like seems kind of awkward to me I don't know. Then again I'm not an expert in poetry. I can't really pick out a favorite line because I love each one. Kudos.
