I can really relate to this one. I like how you write short poems that evoke so much emotion in the reader. Recently, I have been thinking about a guy from my past who always makes me wish we could try again. I don't think I could write a poem as gorgeous as this to capture my own feelings. Thank you for writing this.
But I like the decision you made (as Cheshire Cat92 also said), to eliminate punctuation because it made the poem seem more emotional and pure. Poetry is always best when there is emotion and you really captured that here. Good job!
I love this poem! Your decision to eliminate the punctuation at the ends of the lines gives it a pained, rushed feeling, as if you just can't contain your emotion. Splendid diction and syntax; keep it up!
Need I say it? I absolutely adore this. No one writes like you do, warm and honest and imperfect and flawless. Don't ever stop writing, and don't ever let anyone bring you down. You are wonderful, and I'm so honored and flattered that you read and commented on my poem!! ;D -V ;)
Hmmm it feels like there is a hidden meaning, a symbol, a story... I love that. Wonderfully done. Simple, but powerful. The best poets write so much with so little words. Well done! Please keep writing.
