Although I'm not sure EXACTLY what this poem means, I have a pretty good idea so correct me if I'm wrong!
So I'm assuming that the narrator is thinking that she loves this person so much and wants to be with her forever but she's not ready to tell her. SO her body betrays her by letting it out to soon and therefore cracks her chest aka her heartfelt emotions come out of her mouth.
You have such a beautiful way with words and a way of showing things without actually telling them. Showing is always the better way to go and you consistently use that in all of your writing. Big surprise that I love this one also, right? haha.
Anyway, like I said in a previous poem I believe that you should put a title on this lovely piece instead of just writing numbers. I think a title would give it the justice it deserves.
