This poem is seriously so beautiful. I had to read through it a few times to pick up on the beautiful little things that you snuck in there, but it was well worth it. This is a beautiful poem that is full of so many great metaphors for life. You can see that the tree and the bird represent two different people that have drifted apart, but at the same time they still need each other, and I think that is very true for what happens in real life. This poem was so beautiful and I really enjoyed reading it and trying to interpret it!
