I think "Little Monster" would be the perfect title for this piece!

I really enjoyed the way you talk about the little monster throughout the piece. I like the way you start with caring for the little monster and then go into killing it. It is the perfect metaphor for the inner turmoil we have inside of us. We hold onto it and keep it inside of us until it fully consumes us, and that's when we have the choice to either let it go or let it destroy us. I think you did an amazing job of capturing the theme of this poem and I really enjoyed reading it! Amazing job!

I just love this! The many interpretations of this are just so deep. The little monster could either be a physical being preventing you from seeing good and peace, or it can be a mental thing. Or it could either be a part of you. I loved it :) x x x x
