This is a really nice to describe a person's moves as they break the chains binding them. The narrator in this poem started by talking about that fact while finally being free and ready to believe in themselves again.
At the second stanza, we can see how the narrator has walked forward forgetting the past and ready to make a start with the one she/he really wants, as well as the fact she trusts that one person well enought o know that he won't be gone.
And last, you close the poem with the last stanza which shows that she could only do what she did thanks to that person in her life. It's great when someone helps us break free from the darkness surrounding us and you showed that feeling in this. Good job!
