This is a nice haiku! I think what was truly great about it was that you described the universe not as a black, cold abyss that I feel many people use, but instead termed it as "the deep, dark blue." I think that makes it sound so much more beautiful because when you think of the those two words put together, I, personally, think of the ocean - which is something beautiful and something that we still don't have much knowledge about.
