First off I will say I thank you very much for lying down your life to protect us here in America. The beginning of the poem flows effortlessly, toward the end of the poem the flow starts to fall apart but I can get the meaning of what you’re trying to saying. I've never been to war, but I have relatives who have been and they say war is hell. The emotions you describe in this poem I'm all too familiar with, many people come home from war to never be the same again. The horror things you've seen I can only imagine, you ask yourself if your insane, you feel as if your falling apart. The demons you describe is the horrific violence you've had to witness day in and day out while at war that’s your (Conscience) the killing you’ve had to do just to survive. Hang in there. I really appreciate our freedom and personal liberties the killing you’ve had to do just to survive. Hang in there. I really appreciate our freedom and personal liberties you all so valiantly protect for us.
