Wow, first off. This was a very.. powerful poem. In a completely good way. By first glance, you can sense the amount of emotion put into this. I can feel how much these words mean to you.
The rhythm and flow of the words are beautiful. It took my breath away, honestly. This poem is original, in every sense.
I love the imagery and, until I can think of a better word, poetic wording. Especially I'm this stanza: nobody knows me as well as you but there is still a wall that i've never knocked down as i'm too afraid to be hurt but it leaves me unable to feel the love you bestow upon me
I got the chills.
It tells a big story in such little space, and captures every emotion Incan see you're trying to portray. All in all, I give this poem ⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars! (Out of a four rating, of course. )
