Losing a grandparent is one of the hardest things in life next to losing a parent or stepparent, and this was such a beautiful way to express your love for your grandmother. I am so sorry for your loss. Thank you for writing such a beautiful piece in memory of her.

This was really beautiful. Losing someone can be very hard and writing really is a good therapy to go to. The first stanza settled over me with an all too familiar feeling...
