Thank you so so much! I am glad I could help. I wrote this during a panic attack and it was exactly what was going through my head. Writing seems to be the only way to calm me down now.

My wife has severe anxiety and I imagine this must be what it is like for her. Remember that you are stong and capable. You can do it. This piece was short and simple. It was such a clear description of such a complex, confusing topic and hurdle. I really appreciated this :)
