anxiety is something i've been dealing with a lot in 2018. i don't even know why either. there's nothing specific causing me to be anxious. i finally met with my doctor and got on some meds so hopefully i'll be back to "normal" in no time. lol
this poem resonates with me on a personal level. i know everyone's anxiety is different, but you described exactly what i feel and how i feel most days. it's like a dark, dark tunnel that you can never light up. everything can be going great and for whatever reason you still feel lost or trapped in your head. bleh!
