I don't quite understand why you've put a full stop at the end of each line, but I guess that's up to you... although it bothers me a little ¬_¬ ('cause I'm difficult like that), but I like how it's modern and simple... the language used isn't particularly poetic, it's like a little story, a "yo, dude, I like you" statement... in a poem. That's quite a nice idea, or so I think.
