When I was searching through your poems, I kept looking for an interesting title, and I found many good ones and liked what I read, too. This was one different, though. So I guess this is about vampires, but I interpreted it differently. I thought as the poem as the consequence of the title, like, making a bad choice/decision and how life can become a living hell.
The ending, where you mentioned the teeth and stuff, made me think of how you sometimes surround yourself by negative people who will suck you dry/use you.
