The Shadow of Love

You showed me how to love,
and gave me the streangth to go on,
You were my sun,
Every day your smile would warm my heart,
but now your gone,
Barried in a bed of roses,
Now there's nothing but the shadow of your love,
and the pain of goodbye,
There's no more sun,
No more warmth,
Only the shadow's and the cold,
I wish I could be with you once more,
To tell you how much i truly cared how much i loved you,
I cry every night and wish you were here to hold me,
Sometime's I feel like the shadow of our love will swallow me whole,
but then i see your smilling face and know i must go on,
and leve the shadows behind.
