Karmacode - Lacuna Coil's Latest Album

Karmacode the new album from goth-rockers Lacuna Coil is one of their best yet! Although it came out in 2006 the album is still going strong. Most people would know their hit singles 'Our Truth' or 'Closer' but I find that the best songs are the ones that they have not released.

In the album they have made a remake of Depeche Mode's 'Enjoy The Silence' in which they also released as a single. I personally love the cover. The album is a mix of harmonic vocals from Cristina Scabbia and Andrea Ferro. Then the guitars by Cristiano Migliore and Marco ’Maus’ Biazzi, bass by Marco Coti-Zelati and Drums by Cristiano ’CriZ’ Mozzati. Not only that but they used bag pipes for some of the songs! This band is definitely something to keep an eye on! If you like a mix of delicate female vocals and hard male vocals then you would love this album.

Although most people might not know but this is Lacuna Coil's fourth full length album. Lacuna Coil have certainly made their mark on the long road to rock. Keep on a lookout for them because they have already announced a new CD in the works and also their very first DVD.
