A Little Bit Longer; A Jonas Sensation.

A Little Bit Longer; A Jonas Sensation. That's right, the pop-rock trio of brothers from Wyckoff, New Jersey are back with another album. After the huge success of their self titled album 'Jonas Brothers' the boys had a lot to live up to.

After many months of hard work, the Jonas Brothers, Kevin (20), Joe (18 ) and Nick (15), have managed to pull it off again. With their new album 'A Little Bit Longer' hitting stores today, chances are the sales will be through the roof. All five single releases have already been released on iTunes, each of which occupied the number 1 spot for at least 3 days.

On first listen, I didn't take much of the album in, due to my excitement of finally hearing it. But when I did finally sit down and listen properly, I realized just how good it actually was.

The first song on the album "BB Good" is catchy and can easily get stuck in your head. The chorus:

'You gotta be be good to me,
I'm gunna be be good to you.
We'll be happy as can be,
Just gotta be be good to me.'

Is not only simple and fun to sing along to, but it also easily shows the message the band are trying to portray through the song.

The next song on the album that caught my ears attention was the third track, entitled "Shelf", written by the lesser-known/liked member of the band, Kevin. (Personally he's my favourite.) I find this song amazing, to me the lyrics are easy to relate to and hold a strong, simple message. The catchy la, la, la, la's just make the song more fun to listen to.

The song "Video Girl" (Track 8 ) is another one that intrigued me, I personally think this song is sending a message to all the girls out there who are only after them for what they are, not who they are. The intro of the song 'Oh Em Gee! Did you hear I'm dating a Jonas Brother. It's so hawt!' manages to have me in stitches every time I hear it. The song is incredibly catchy and is definitely one to make you dance around the room shouting the lyrics as loud as you can, especially to the chorus. (What is it with these boys and catchy chorus'?)

"Sorry" track 10 on the album, is probably my favourite song at this moment in time. It's so amazing, it makes me breathless. I think everyone will be able to relate to this song at some point in their life. Whether it's because of friends, family or loved ones. The lyrics are both beautifully written and sang, and combine perfectly with the music, which holds a melodic beat.

The final song on the album, and the albums name itself, "A Little Bit Longer" is possibly one of the prettiest songs I have ever heard and always manages to bring a tear to my eye, no matter how many times I listen to it. The song is written about Nick's, the youngest of the brothers, diabetes. Although I feel anyone who has or knows someone with another serious illness can relate to this song just as much as someone with diabetes can. It's apparent from the start how much emotion is put into this song, not only from Nick himself, but you can sense it from the rest of the band to, through the music. I can guarantee you will love this song, whether you're Jonas Brothers fan or not.

After listening to this album as many times as I have, I'm still not bored of it, and I doubt I will be for a while. 'A Little Bit Longer' is a must have CD for any Jonas fan out there, and if you have yet to actually check the band out, I suggest you listen to this album.

And for those who think the Jonas Brothers are 'To Disney' for them, remember that many famous, world record selling artists out there today such as, Justin Timberlake, Britney Spears & Christina Aguilara, started out on the Disney Channel. My advice is, try before you judge. 'A Little Bit Longer' is bound to have at least one song on it that will appeal to you, no matter how much you may hate to admit it.
