Folie A Duex

Folie A Duex Infinity on High the very sound of the title of Fall Out Boy's 2006 album sends shivers down people's spines. Fall Out Boy the very name of the alternative band sends people running to the bathroom in disgust because of said album. But not anymore. I have an announcement to make.

INFINITY ON HIGH WAS A FLUKE!

It's true! Fall Out Boy's newest album Folie A Duex released last year is far more superior to their last album. Once again proving that Fall Out Boy is capable of evolving into something more. With opening tracks like Disloyal Order of Water Buffaloes, I Don't Care, and America's Suitehearts what's not to love about this album?

Patrick Stump takes his vocals to a whole new level ex: opening vocals on Headfirst Slide Into Cooperstown On A Bad Bet . He takes no risk and sounds great next to people like Gabe Sapotra, Brendon Urie, and even Lil Wayne.

The instrumental sound of this album is similar to Infinity on High but it has some of that old Fall Out Boy sound that we fans fell in love with in Take This To Your Grave but it's still something entirely new. Its actually very indescribable, but can still be categorized under bland words such as: amazing, awesome, intense, incredible. This album is by far the best they've had since Take This To Your Grave, truly amazing, and one of my personal favorites.

This album gets a 4 1/2 out of 5. I took it down a half because it still hints at Infinity on High and there's really nothing we can do about that. But it's truly the kind of album that you need to either download or go out and buy. It's on my top 20!
