Selena is very talented and it is amazing that she wrote all the songs on the ablum. My favorite is Falling down. I think it is very catchy and my type of song .I may be bias because I love Sel G. But whatever. I think Selena is better than Miley and Demi. Miley is a bad influence and a slore. Demi just gets old and her voice after a while starts to get annoying. But when facing Selena, I always love her. She never gets old and she never anoys me. She is a talented artist. She is very pretty and she is a great actress. GREAT JOB SELENA!

I agree with 'Happenstance' I warned everyone she couldn't sing. Even my dad defended her and said she could.. O.o

She didn't even write one song. NVM, she helped write one with like 3 other people. I listened to the album and in my opinion, it's a waste of money. She can't even sing the 'you' at the beginning of the chorus live (falling down), it's way to high for her.
She admitted it herself that everyone else (Miley, Demi, ect.) are more famous than her because they sing, that's the only reason she wants to do it.

Can she [Selena] please sing a song, where she isn't rapping/fast talking or whatever. Seriously she did it in this Album (Kiss&Tell) and in that song of hers [i]Tell me Something I don't know[/i] .... seriously, change it up a little. 'cause you are giving the majority of us the feeling that YOU CAN'T SING..

I think you should all listen to her singing it live at Dancing with the Stars.
She didn't even sing the start of her chorus, which was a high note. She cannot sing and has no talent in it what so ever. She should stick to singing in the shower & not wasting money we could be using with this shit economy on a shit sounding album.

She is sticking with acting. That's her main focus. Singing was just something she wanted to try, acting is still her main focus.

her voice is shit. very, very edtied and whatnot. She has no vocal range AT ALL and all the songs sound the same D;
she's is an amazing person and actress, therefore, she should STICK WITH ACTING.

BTW, whoever said that it's more respectful to say "I think", it's the same fucking thing, thanks! When you say your opinion, it's automatically what you think. Writing I think isn't needed to show that's what you think.

I love her voice. It's raw and fun. No where near as good as Demi's, I think, but it doesn't matter because it's not her focus.

To all you guys that dislike her, it's a lot more respectful to say "I THINK she has no talent" than to just state it "She has no talent" and act like it's fact.

I would like to say, most people on mibba are 13 or older. There are some younger, and I suppose for them, talking about Disney is just fine. But there comes a point where you grow up and wake up to reality. Disney is pushing ALL their actors and actresses to try the singing thing. Doesn't make them worth screaming about, though thousands of brainwashed girls will. In my opinion, Disney is childish.

Look people, I realize that she is signed to Disney and that doesn't necessarily mean she has talent. I think she does, maybe you don't. I think she has talent because I like her.

I haven't listened to it and have nothing against the girl but i don't think i will be listening to this CD because like other people have said just because you work for Disney doesn't mean u can sing. Nice article btw but a tad bit repetitive.

She's admitted that the album was just something fun she wanted to do and wanted to have a crack at. I don't really blame her, she has the connections to do so and did. I would have done the same thing.

The albums not all bad. I personally don't love it, but it's not horrible either, from what I've seen her describe it's what she wanted it to be so I guess that's good enough. (I also heard her say that apparently she wanted wanted a band, ie 'The Scene' not for it to be 'Selena Gomez and the...' but the record label wouldn't let her)
