HIM Screamworks: Love In Theory and Practice, Chapter 1-13 - Comments

This CD is insane, I love everything about it. It just has this loving hatred in it that is pretty chilling when you listen to it.

I absolutely love the album. There wasn't a single track on it that didn't grasp my attention and hold it till the end of the song.

My favorite would have to be "[i]Acoustic Funeral (For Love in Limbo)[/i]". Reason being, as Ville said in his own words, it's like the lullaby of the album. It's just rather calm and serene.

My favorite line of the song, the line that caught my attention and actually made my breath hitch, would be, "[i]I save my last breath for your window, to write you this song. For the acoustic funeral.[/i]"

From the moment that I really took notice of what he was saying there, I absolutely fell in love with the song.

Yet again, great review. =)

If I hadn't seen one up as good as this soon, I was going to do one myself.

i got this the day it came out :)
i pre-ordered the limited version and i've listened to it almost every day since its arrival. i absolutely adore this album. it may not be my absolute favorite, but it is still amazing. i'm so beyond excited to see them in May. HIM has been my life for over a year now and i can't picture my life without them and their music to make me feel alive :)

Love it! Then again, HIM saved my life.... I DON'T JUST LIKE THEM FOR VILLE. :P

I got the album the day it came out, and I must say the album is amazingly poetic.

I personally love this record very much. It's a masterpiece.

Favourites off it would have to be; Love, The Hardest Way, In The Arms of Rain, Heartkiller, Dying Song, Like St. Valentine, The Foreboding Sense of Impending Happiness.

Overall, it's a great album. I had it on repeat pretty much for the first two weeks. Couldn't stop listening to it haha.
