'Electra Heart' by Marina & the Diamonds - Comments

I've been following the songs, waiting for more, waiting for videos and then it came out and I just about died. It's perfect. I love every song. I'm so excited to see her in July, I've loved her forever. The Family Jewels and Electra Heart are really different but both are absolutely perfect.

I'm being a bad person by not buying this (yet) because I'm broke. Ugh, I can't wait to get my hands on a physical copy.

Honestly, I wasn't sure what to expect of this album, but when she started putting songs out, I was incredibly happy. I loved every one from the get-go and I'd be lying if I said I didn't sing my heart out to Homewrecker. Her acoustic versions are so beautiful that I tend to play them more than the studio versions of songs.

I had found out about her by searching for new female artists on Google. I saw her name, checked out her music, then went to FYE and bought The Family Jewels. To this day, there's not a song of hers I CAN'T listen to. Her sound is definitely unique and her style is awesome. Seeing her live is definitely on my bucket list.
