Don't Panic: It's Longer Now

All Time Low has yet to produce an album that doesn’t get malicious comments or reviews. Don’t Panic went back to their roots, more punk rock than Dirty Work. With the re-release of twenty songs total, I was expecting the acoustics of fan favorites. I was surprised that they added, "A Love Like War", a collaboration with Pierce the Veil’s front man and lead singer Vic Fuentes.

This fall All Time Low and Pierce the Veil are touring together with A Day to Remember and I am happy to write that the two bands worked together and co-wrote the lyric packed song. The music video is hilarious, especially the popcorn scene with Alex Gaskarth in the background at 3:37. "A Love like War" is so catchy and upbeat even though it's about a love so strong it ruins your capability to operate properly: "In the chill of your stare I am painfully lost, like a deer in the lights of an oncoming bus."

They are going back to singing, writing, and playing music that speaks for them. Speaking for everyone that they love and that loves them. They are back to where they are loving what they are doing and not listening to the opinions of overseeing voices.

With the release of this new-ish album came four acoustic tracks (Hooray!). "For Baltimore", "Somewhere in Neverland", "The Reckless and the Brave", and "Backseat Serenade" are the fan favorites and are represented with beautiful vocals and the softness that we all know and love.

I am proud and happy to listen to this music and I definitely recommend anyone that is a fan of the pre-Dirty Work All Time Low to get the re-release of Don’t Panic. I have seen these guys perform countless times and I have never been disappointed with their stage presence or likability.

Go to your local record store and purchase a copy. I will doubt you will have any regrets.
