I'm glad he didn't win on Idol because normally the losers get more fame (Adam Lambert and Kris Allen, Adam is definatley bigger, even though I lOVE Kris), and he would have been bigger if his second album hadn't destroyed his career for the moment, but he'll be back. It's like with Bowling for Soup, they had a bad album and almost lost it but they had a comeback. He just needs a third, AWESOME album, so people will remember him.

I've followed Blake Lewis since Idol... He shoulda' beat whats-her-face(Jordan Sparks). Good article. Glad you know and love good music. :]

Yeah... I have A.D.D. (OMG! THAT SOUNDS BAD), but I haven't been able to drag myself over to itunes to buy his new album. Maybe the next one will be better?*hopeful*

Holy cow, someone on Mibba knows who Blake Lewis is?! I've been following Blake since his Idol days...he was definitely one of my picks, and I still listen to his music. Though I'll admit I didn't appreciate his comments about Archie, I love his first album and agree that "Break Anotha" and "Gots To Get Her" are the best tracks. I'm also really fond of "End of the World". But...the second album...I couldn't even bring myself to give it a chance. I didn't care for any of the previews.
