This article is very interesting and helpful. I think the next book I will read will be the Animal Farm!

I loved the book, I read it 2 years ago for my English Honors class. I also saw the movie, but the book was much better.

I loved the book, but I'm still a communist.

I just finished this for my English class like a week ago X) I really liked it and would classify it as good literature. I mean, you could read it as a superficial, literal thing, or you could delve deep into it and compare it to the Russian Revolution.

I loved this book, mainly for the message it conveyed. This is a very well written article, but it sort of bugged me in one matter.
I don't believe you can classify 'good' literature from the perspective that you were taking. There are so many diverse types of writing that are all considered must-read literature, etc. that it is difficult to pinpoint the characteristics of one novel-- especially one like Animal Farm that can be argued well either way.

Great book, with a good message. Much better than I thought a book about talking animals would be.

I found the book utterly boring.
It's a classic book, but I'd much rather read Pride and Prejudice.

This would have came in handy last week while I was working on it. xD
    Thanks.
Haha still, I think the book was pretty good.

I loved this book. Plain and simple. George Orwell was a genius.

Oh my gosh, I read this book for political science and I loved it so much. I wouldn't stop talking about it. My mom eventually went out and bought me the book as a surprise present one day and I was so psyched. XD Great book, wonderful symbolism, and it helps you learn without realizing it. The movie is one of those movies you just crack up at because it's so bad (the live-action, not the cartoon) but it's got the same feel as the book. Lovely, lovely. <3

Great article! You made some compelling points. Just an FYI, the category of this article may change to something like "literary analysis" when the article section is revamped =]
