I just finished this book, and it was AMAZINGGG. I've never read another character quite like Pudge, and I absolutely love him. This book is written beautifully, and the way it deals with really difficult subjects and brings up questions that don't really have answers, I was speechless.

I absolutely loved this book and all of John Green's other books. I love how his books usually take place away from adults and feature this awkward male main character and larger than life female main character. All of his books are definitely worth reading (:

It was beautiful, as well as his other writings. I really think that in the future it's popularity will be able to compare The Catcher in The Rye. His books seem to remind me of Holden quite a bit. But anyways, I didn't most remember drizzle/hurricane. I just remembered Alaska's personality in general and how much I thought she just seemed so amazing yet so...unrealistic to me, honestly. It seems like all of his girls are always smart and gorgeous, yet unknowing of this and the boy has to make them realize and yadda yadda, all that. That's the only part that bothers me sometimes. But I don't think it took away much from the book.

I really enjoyed this book. I was a little skeptical before I started reading it, but by the end I was totally in love with it. I do agree that the drizzle/hurricane part was a bit overrated, but I did think it was kind of cute.
Anyways, it is definitely one of my favourite books.

This will always be my favorite book. It even comes in ahead of Catcher in the Rye. John Green is a genius. The drizzle/hurricane part IS slightly overrated, but to be honest it's not even my favorite part of the book. Looking for Alaska is one of the few books that I can read over and over again and still enjoy it.
