This book evoked so much emotion in me I could only read a few chapters at a time. It definitely isn't a lighthearted read but it must be well written for words to be able to elicit such an emotional response. I'd recommend it for fans of Pete or Fall Out Boy but not necessarily someone who was just looking for a new novel as it does read more like a first person autobiography than a work of fiction.

I read this book in one day. I laughed and cried and saw Pete in a whole different light. I met him at one of his book-signings and he is an amazing person in real life.

It did the same for me as well. It definitely was harrowing in the sense of how well I could relate to some of the troubles. I hope one day Pete puts out an autobiography.
