Tribal Wars used to be my favourite. I just hate it when tribe leaders assign me on the Tribe Academy project and I don't want to lead an Academy tribe and then the main tribe don't communicate to the academy tribe and soon the main tribe falls.

After that a few more treason and betrayal came out and thats why I quit.

I hate this game. I used to play it a lot, and I used to love it, but then my mom started playing it and now it's easily the most hated game in the world for our family. I mean, seriously, her username is momm.

Yes thank you for the clarification. I did indeed forget to mention that it can require lots of time. However, if you join a world after it has been open for a while you join in what is known as the 'RIM' an area where it is possibly to play the game more slowly and with less time spent on it.
As calebS mentioned it is recommended to try the game for a few days and see what you make of it personally.

I also play on tribal wars. Once i made it quite far to the top but quit that world for time consuming reasons. I have recently started playing again. But one thing that should be mentioned is that this game, however fun i think it is, requires alot of time and dedication. One should not start an account without first having enough time to empty out your warehouse of resources, attack other people, and respond to your tribe members in the private forums.
This game is not for all. Those who dislike it generally want a quick free online game that requires nothing except your computer. I personally like both kinds of games, i can play on addictinggames.com, miniclips.com, xgenstudios.com (and on and on) while waiting for my army of mass destruction to attack a neighbouring village.
But, I agree, this is one of the best browser games out there and i think that everyone should check it out for a few days. If it is not to your liking then you don't have to waste your time playing it. If you do like it then by al means try to grow to being one of the best players in the world.
