@shim changmin; Nah, no worries. That was my fault, since I worded it poorly. Trust me, Brotherhood goes by really fast once you get past Sequence 2; the third sequence is super short and really easy, if you're going for Full Sync. Revelations, though. In terms of sequences, it's the same length of Brotherhood with nine sequences. That's not saying that the sequences are the same exact length (I know Revelations' third sequence is much longer and more difficult than Brotherhood's, but I think Revelations' fourth sequence is a little easier than Brotherhood's). It's not so much length as it's added-in game mechanics.
For example, Bomb-crafting and Den Defense; bomb-crafting is annoying at best, but the latter is ridiculously infuriating. The new weapon wheel is unnecessarily irritating to use and Eagle Sense is assigned to a different button entirely. It's not difficult, per se, unless you're going for Full Sync, but it definitely takes some getting used to. Not to mention, the map has an bad habit of glitching and losing your custom marker. Thankfully, you can avoid Den Defense completely (other than the required tutorial memory).
On the positive side, though, the graphics are great; Constantinople is beautiful and both Ezio (despite his age) and Altair look great. Altair's memories also add more to his story and his character. Despite the changed mechanics, it's an Assassin's Creed game; if you can play II and Brotherhood, you can play Revelations. The story (so far...I'm only on Sequence 5) is great and it finds a way to pull you in. All in all, it's a good game and far from unplayable, but expect some frustrations.
i'm so looking forward to it then! my mom has strictly forbidden me from playing during the weekdays bc let's admit... who would do homework if you could play assassin's creed? lol, so i'm going to be gaming all night friday! + prom night is on saturday & i'm not going so thanks for the heads up! can't wait!!
