For the Bible Tells Me So - Comments

I too like the article, actually, I think that documentary is needed. I am Christian and can't understand how people can treat others as if they are less because of sexual orientation... We are so not God- (or who ever the individual worships) So how can we as humans say exactly who is going to Hell? (or etc?) Really- people, *shrugs shoulders* Last time I checked we are so not the higher power, let's just live our lives to the best of our moral standards, find a religion that empowers us to become better people, and try to be happy. Happiness, religion, and people come in all different forms embrace it already.

I thought the article was well written; I just wanted to site my views below in my previous comment as well.

I am a Christian but I also believe in not judging, loving my neighbor and etc... (For more information view chapter 6 of my story What They See, which has quotes from the bible and does show my own views.) I've been raised in a strict Christian home as well but my Mama's best friend is gay. My Dad isn't fond of people being gay but he'd never be cruel or vicious just because they are gay.
