My thoughts exactly! After all the hype, I finally watched the film and well, honestly, I didn't get it. It was, at best, slightly amusing, but little else. The humour was too crude, script poorly written and everything seemed a hyperbolic cliche that some writer had penned in an attempt to poke fun at third world, war torn nations. It wasn't funny and to be honest, I stopped it several times because it was so annoying. Dunno how I finished that movie though. A recc-out to the bored-at-homer with a lot of patience to spare.
