Yeah; I saw this with my boyfriend last month and we were both kinda "merr" about it. I haven't seen the other PA movies but I've heard so much about them, and I went into it expecting a lot, and came out dissapointed.

Yes, I recently watched this a few days ago, and I couldn't help but notice it was not as scary as the trailer made it out to be. I was disappointed, yes, but not shocked at my disappointment. These movies seemed to get funnier and funnier as they go on. PA1 was scary, PA2 not so much, I laughed when Toby dragged Kristi down the stairs. PA3 was mildly interesting because it had an actual plot, something the first and second movies seemed to be lacking. PA4 was just painful, I had to will myself to keep my eyes on the screen. My sister was so bored she was texting the whole way through and only looked up when the cat was on the screen. When I sat down to watch this movie, I assumed it would answer some of my questions about Hunter and Katie (like the trailer seemed to imply) instead I was left with with more questions than answers. Like, who is Robbie? How did he land in Katie's hands? Is Robbie possessed too, or just is a normal kid? Why did Katie put Hunter up for atoption instead of just giving him to Toby? Or did Hunter just appear on this family's doorstep? Is Hunter's actual sister still looking for him?
But my sister and I just have a small theory that PA5 (if there's going to be one) may be about Robbie.
This is just my two cents on this.

So I like spoilers and I've very curious as I started this film online but didn't sit through it all so if you wouldn't mind maybe answering me in a message..

Do they say anything about Hunter at all or are we suppoused to just assume him dead

Does this new family even have anything to do with Katies family?

Same, I don't think I've ever laughed so much at a horror. The cat had no point whatsoever, I thought maybe they'd kill it off in a gruesome way to scare the family halfway through the movie or something but no.

I agree. I couldn't help but laugh when the boyfriend and mum died. And the cat - why was the cat even in the movie? I got sick of seeing it walk around at night or 'try' scare you when it climbed onto the cameras.

This one was awful...Just terrible. I laughed more than I was scared, and not at things that were meant to be funny. The first three were way better, the first being my personal favourite.

Yeah, all of the PA's, to me personally, aren't scary and realistic at all. I've seen all of them, and I don't think I'm going to be seeing this one until probably a few months from now. It just looks to be a bore.

I've seen the first three movies, not because I liked them, but because I wanted to see what the big deal was... These movies have been nothing but a huge disappointment. Everything is so cliche and predictable, not to mention, boring. The first movie especially. At first I thought everyone was trolling me when they said that these movies are scary, because I am a fan of horror and paranormal.

I still don't see the big commotion, and I've asked countless people to explain it to me. All I got was "it was realistic"... er. No. I just don't see it, and I am one of the easiest people to scare.

I'll probably watch this, too, once its on Netflix or something, anyway, I wouldn't pay to see it in theaters. 10$ per ticket? No.

I've seen the first three. The first was mostly because, we pre-bought tickets to watch a premier of another, which two of my friends ended up forgetting their tickets, so we sold ours and bought for the first one.

Because I've seen the first, I felt rather obligated to continue. And I will say, I laughed the entire first, second and third movie, because it's just so comedic to me, nothing scary about any of them. I remember the second movie, most people jumped when the kitchen scene came and everything banged open. I burst into laughter, because I knew something like that was going to happen *shrugs*

I feel obligated to keep up the Halloween tradition and watch this one as well in the movies and I will. The tickets are two for one anyways.
