i totally see where you're coming from. & i agree fully. i would love to see what happened to lisa rather than for the clips to change & leave the audience guessing. i think mainly w/ all the coming events, it made me look @ the movie more so as a thriller

I watched this movie the other month with a friend. As a huge fan of horror films, I was left rather displeased. I agree that this was more of a thriller than an actual horror. What creeps me out is possession and when people's limbs or jaws elongate and they move around fidgeting. I wished they had shown more of what the victims looked like after Billy got to them. I couldn't even find myself getting worked up in the beginning because the shot of Lisa was so quick. I would probably only rate this 2/5 stars.

I put this movie on a few weeks ago as something to just sort of fall asleep to, which was honestly a terrible idea. I was awake enough to just watch a little bit of the beginning, but then I couldn't find the remote to turn it off once I realized it was a little too much for me to handle alone and in the dark (but I was also far too tired to deal with finding it at the time), so I just ducked under my blankets and tried to sleep that way... but then when the voices started whispering "Jamie" I pretty much lost it. That was too much for a Jamie to deal with. I had to force myself out of bed to turn the light on to find the remote so that I could turn it off. I now refuse to watch it at all. I guess this is how my mum feels about The Exorcist...
