(Portrayed by Christina Ricci) Appearance; Big grey eyes, pale skin, long black hair, blunt bangs, small stature. Reign McLeod has always been an awkward, misunderstood outcast. She grew up with her abusive alcoholic father, and learned very early on that no good ever came from acting out and loosing control of your emotions. As a child, she took out her frustrations on little homemade voodoo dolls. She instinctively bottles up her resentment and hostility, which makes for a very paranoid, high-strung personality. With frown scars on her cheeks, an inability to smile, and an utterly hopeless attitude, it is not until she stumbles into The Joker's life that she finally begins the parlous journey of unintentional love and self discovery.
