Personality: Nice, kind, sweet, loving, caring, protective of family & friends, laid back, open minded, friendly, trustworthy. Background: When Alex was 4 years old her parents died so Billy & Sarah Black adopted her. Alex’s parents have lived in Forks all their lives; they stayed when Alex was born because they wanted their first and only child to have a peaceful life in a small town. The Black family is the only family she has ever known and she loves them with all her heart. Alex knows about her family’s legends but like Jacob she doesn’t believe them; she just sees them as a tradition to pass on. As soon as Alex and Bella met they quickly become best friends; they have been friends since they were babies. Jacob is very over protective of his baby sister and he would hurt anyone who hurts her.
