Annabelle Waters is Drew's little sister and Jonathan Toews best friend. All three of them grew up together, and are practically joined at the hip. Annabelle is also known as Bells by her closest friends and family, or Belle. She moved in with her older brother Drew shortly after she was done with middle school, so that she could be with her brother and best friend while she starts and finishes high school, with the consent of her parents. In the past year, she's grown close with the entire Chicago Blackhawks team, and her life is changing rapidly. Upcoming events in her life will change her future forever, and it's up to her to decide how she will deal with it all.

Drew Waters is Annabelle, or Bells, older brother by six years. He and Jonathan Toews grew up being best friends, and when Bells was born, they pulled her into the group. Bells came to live with him after her middle school years to be closer to her brother and best friend Jonathan Toews, while starting and finishing high school there in Chicago. Drew is currently single and is not looking for a relationship, at least, not right now. He works as one of the medical therapists for the Chicago Blackhawks, so that is how Bells becomes close with the team.
