Never call him by his full name, he prefers Raine. He also dislikes the nickname of Raffi, which his friends gave him over the summer when he visited Italy for three weeks. The only one who's "allowed" to call him that is his best friend Abbey. He's of full Italian decent, and his parents are proud of that fact, where he could care less. He was forced to learn and speak fluent Italian when he was a child, and can still speak it today. He's laidback about everything and isn't one for drama. He doesn't supress his feelings towards things and loves to speak his mind. He has a happy disposition, and it's really contagious.

Frequently moves due to his mom's guy issues. Constantly frustrated, irritated, or annoyed with her and her stupid decisions. A quiet and shy artist, also a vegetarian, but very opinionated when he wants to be. He's not afraid to let everyone know that he's gay; he often paints his nails to match is outfits. He has a broken heart: his last love left him for his ex-best friend, making him very cautious as to who he trusts. He doesn't like getting close to people for the reason that he doesn't want to be hurt or hurt anyone. When he does get close to someone, however, he's the most loyal and trustworthy person you will ever meet. His family is from a Hispanic descent, at least on his dad's side, though you wouldn't be able to tell just by looking at him. He knows a fair amount of Spanish and he's forced to live with his dad for a month over the summer in Mexico as part of the custody agreement made between his parents in court.

Quinn's ex-boyfriend. He never really wanted to be with Quinn because he didn't want to get ridiculed for going out with another guy, even though he was physically attracted to Quinn. He stayed with Quinn because he could tell how much Quinn cared for him. Evan never really had true feelings for Quinn, he just went along with the physical contact. His eyes were set on Heather, Quinn's best friend at the time. They would flirt constantly whenever Quinn wasn't around. Their relationship was a whole charade, and Quinn finds this out when Evan breaks up with him right before they're about to have sex for the first time. Evan didn't want to go through with it and make the commitment to Quinn that he knew sex brought.
