At the end of the meeting he accidently hit Loran in the forehead with his elbow leaving a bruise that is more than apparent the next day when he and the guys meet up with Loran after she saves them from a group of rabid fan girls. He goes with her back to Robyn's house where they fall head over heels for one another.

One thing leads to another and they become more than friends.
