Hayden Leigh Aston is obsessed with being perfect. She didn't want to be like every other girl, she wanted to be better. Hayden has Compulsive Exercise Disorder, she exercises more than what is considered normal or healthy. Ever little calorie needs to be worked off with five times the amount of effort than was put into eating it. She can't gain weight, she has to lose it. She was diagnosed with the disorder at age 13, but it has escalted so much from there. Can this hospital cure her, or will she continue to exercise herself until there is nothing left?

Taylor has always been pretty - and she knows that. She just wants to keep it that way. That means that she can only eat certain things that will benefit her image. Things that will keep her from becoming one of the over-weight creatures all over the world. And if that consists of her having to punish herself every time she eats the wrong thing, then so be it. She must be perfect. She has to stay skinny. These doctors don't know what they're talking about. She doesn't have Orthorexia - she has sense.

It all started when Sarah came out about being gay. She knew she was going to get bullied at school but she was tired of living a lie. The bulling was too much for her to handle and she started binge eating as a way to relax herself. She slowly started to see herself getting bigger and then she was getting bullied for being overweight. Now, she's bulimic. Sarah has lost weight since she started purging and abusing laxatives but is still being bullied for her sexuality which makes her binge eat and that leads to purging which leads to weight loss. But then after she is satisfied with losing weight, the bulling starts all over again and so does the purging.

Kristina has a split personality. Doctors blame either drugs or issues that Kristina had growing up. With one side that makes Kris(Kristina) upset with her body, soon enough she becomes obsessed to become "pretty", to become as skinny as the other girls. But wonder if a curious experiment becomes a dangerous disorder? Her parents had enough with her attitude and send her to Lakeside Hospital to cure her.
