It is unknown just how old Francis is. Nor is his last name. For almost 18 years, he watched a small boy grow into a young man. He was obsessed with this person. This was not looked to kindly upon by most Vampire folk. There is very little known about him except that he is of a French background and was once in a gang of English Punk vampyre that stalked the down town streets in the 70s for young women. Francis also has a soft spot for cats. He alone has owned at least 16 of them, all alley cats.
