A mysterious man who seemed to help Frank in his time of need. He's a type of guy that doesn't trust persons easily. Frank is now starting to build respect for him.

Another mysterious man who seems to be a comrade of Party Poison. He wore a helmet the first time Frank laid his eyes on him, but when he removed his helmet, turns out he has "unnatural" blonde hair, just like Party Poison, as Frank describes it. Frank officially hates him now and honestly, Kobra Kid doesn't care.

He's another of the mysterious men that Frank has met. He is the "nice looking" one, as Frank describes. He also has an eyepatch and of course an afro, which Frank really noticed about him.
