Elise is a 16 year old French girl that went to Beauxbatons. Her dad is high up at the ministry. Elise was just ten when her mother died, and ever since then her dad has been obsessed with her safety. She's half veela; one characteristic she has that most don't is her honey brown hair, while most half veelas have white blond. She's exceptionally bright and not afraid to get in a little trouble. Elise is portrayed by Heloise Guerin.

Born to a pureblood family, Anton was a Gryffindor at Hogwarts. Prefect and captain of the quidditch team, he went on to Foreign Affairs in the Ministry of Magic. He married a veela and had a daughter, Elise. He's highly protective of her, and ever since his wife's death, her safety and health are his main focuses. He recently brought his daughter back to his homeland; they now reside in Ottery St. Catchpole.
