Ali has long dark caramel-colored hair and bright green eyes. Her hair tends to curl when left wet and straighten when dried. She's 5 foot 4 inches. (Yes, she is played by Victoria Justice. :P)

In WOTS, Penny plays Ali's loyal friend and a side character, always supportive to Ali. In SITS, Penny takes the lead and tries to get her life back on track when it spins out of control. Penny is tall, five seven, and has wavy blond hair. She also has blue eyes and is very outgoing. (Yes, she is played by Taylor Swift. :D)
