Benji lives with his Aunt Pansy in Orlando, Fl along with his younger sister Dakota and her son Todd to whom he's like a father to. Their parents kicked them out after finding out that Benji was gay and after Dakota got pregnant at 16. Benji plays bass but almost didn't try out for the band because he was worried about leaving Todd. It was only after Dakota's constant nagging that he agreed to go.
