Emberlynn Marie Daniels attends the University of Illinois in Chicago where she is working on her major in Visual Arts-Painting and Sculpture. She had known Bob Bryar since they were in middle school. She has muliti-colored hair, a nose piercing, and is very loud. She was always trying to film Bob or take his photo no matter how mad he got. She learned how to stand up for herself from Bob and fell in love with him during high school. One day at the University when Ember was only 20 an estranged student showed up and started shooting. They were an art student and started to shoot in art building. Ember was working in the Ceramics studio at the time and was hit in the cross fires. She died a few hours later.

Bob Bryar first met Emberlynn Marie when he was in sixth grade. He helped her come out of her shell and she helped him let loose every once in a while. Bob fell in love with Ember at the end of high school but he didn't realize it until college. He attends the University of Illinois in Chicago with Ember. His major is Music. He was in class when the first gun shots were heard. Bob immediately thought of Ember and ran for her classroom. She was lying on the ground bleeding from a gunshot wound to her chest. Bob held her during her last moments and missed the chance to tell her he loved her.
