Andy is a drama teaching assistant, to help little kids at his old junior school learn to be more confident. He is considered "normal" on any abnormality tests. Overly happy, excitable, loveable and hardly ever down. Often is described as "a ray of sunshine." Loves his little cousin Evelyn more than anything in the world and will do anything to protect her. Has a secret fear of mental illness.

Jake is extremly misunderstood. He lives with the circus with his family who are all from a circus background. His dad is the ringmaster of the circus. He is quiet and very much keeps himself to himself. He has hardly any friends other than the ones at the circus. Finds it hard to communicate with people. Jake is "abnormal."

Currently the center of Andy's life. Typical toddler, happy to see anything and extremely curious nature. She has Ebstein's Anomaly. Ebstein's anomaly is an abnormality in the tricuspid valve. The tricuspid valve separates the right atrium (the chamber that receives blood from the body) from the right ventricle (the chamber that pumps blood to the lungs). It is unknown how long she will live for.

"Normal". Happy, excitable, loud, eats a lot but skinny as anything. Hyperactive and often just acts like a five year old for the sake of it. He even annoys Andy with his happiness.
