Mel is the person Chester's known for longest that still hangs around with him, and she's a lot nicer than most of the girls he spends time with. Chester's always had a crush on Mel, but he refuses to say anything to her about it. All of Chaz's other friends are in some ways hated by his parents, except for her. She always sees the best in the guys and is the only one of Chester's friends who don't call him Chaz.

She's a lot more confident than Justin and Sam and mixes in with a lot of different groups. She used to have a crush on Chester, so when her two best friends found out they made sure she'd never forget about that.

Justin's best friend who he's known since they were really young. He's also one of the only people who can tell the twins apart with ease. Sam's parents are friends with the twins parents which is how him and Justin met to begin with. He lives across the road from the twins and a few years ago his dad passed away, knocking his confidence when it comes to bonding with people in case they end up not always being there.

Justin's twin brother. Most of his friends just call him Chaz now, very few of them still call him Chester. He's more of a rebelious character and is known as one of the so called 'stoners' at school. Justin sometimes wishes he was more like him, he thinks he's popular and has everything, but he doesn't. Chester and his friends are outcasts, but everyone knows not to mess with them.
