Shiloh grew up in the state of California. She met her best friend ever on the first day of kindergarten. They instantly hit it off and eleven years later, they are still close. She met Martyn in the third grade and they became close, but their relationship weakened over time as they all started hitting puberty. Martyn and Shiloh's love for music was the one thing that kept them together and when she turned 10, she received her first guitar as a Christmas gift from her parents. In the sixth grade, she met David and at that point, he started teaching her more about guitar and helped her work on her guitar skills. Forever Mortal was formed when Shiloh was in the eighth grade.

David Andrews come a musical background. His dad was a drummer for a band that played at local bands before he married and had children. He met his future wife at one of the bars he played at. Growing up, David was always encouraged to play and his family never hesitated on buying him equipment or making sure his equipment was quality and sounded as great as it could. He grew up with Martyn and through Martyn met Shiloh in the sixth grade, where he quickly fell for the somewhat quiet and shy blond. David was always kind of gawky and weird as a kid until he hit puberty and became a babe magnet.

Originally from England, Dex moved to America when he was a sophomore. Being next door neighbors with David Andrews, it was inevitable that his musical talents be discovered. The two instantly hit it off and soon, Dex was brought into Forever Mortal. Dexter has a strange habit of making up odd relationships between himself and his friends.
