Ambitious and determined, she fights for her life and makes sure that no one keeps in her way.

Elmo Bryan Channing is a blonde, blue eyed vampire who is known as angel face by Aleksandra. He comes save Aleksandra when she is attack. He is not seen during most of the story, only through Alek's dreams and heard from her thoughts. He has the powers to teleport and read mind. He is Alek's lover.

Valora, nicknamed Valhead by Aleksandra, Blume is a black-headed, blue eyed new-born vampire. Valora used to live in San Diego before she was bited at her 17th birthday. Now, she roams the country with Aleksandra as her protector after the Immortal Defenders almost kill her. She has a huge crush on Elmo.

Liam Rudolph is a brown haired brown eyed guy with the height of a giant (told by Alek). He tries to win Aleksandra's heart during the story, but when finds out that she is met for Elmo, leaves town. No one knows where he is til later on. He is known by Alek as stubborn yet sexy and has a short temper.

Safara isn't introduce until later on in the story as the red headed freak by Aleksandra. Safara is eighteen with green death-like eyes and olive tan skin. She wasn't born human like the rest of the vampires, for she is a born vampire, living with the Immortal Defenders for a couple years before escaping to find the vampire witch named Aleksandra.

Zaxier, nicknamed Zay, used to be Adabelle, Aleksandra's mother, boyfriend before a freak accident happen, turning him into a vampire. Soaking with revenge, he goes after Adabelle and her family, leading to Aleksandra's tranformation into a vampire. He has midnight black hair, and hawk-like dark chocolate eyes. He haunts Aleksandra in her dreams as well.
