Very serious about his work and Misaki. Really straight-foward. Has a older half-brother named Usami Haruhiko who claims to be in love Misaki. He's short-tempered. Obssessed with bears and Misaki. Hates green bell peppers in his food. His partner is Misaki. Nickname is Usagi (Usagi=Rabbit in japanese and is very similar to the word Usami)

Takahiro Takahashi is Misaki's older brother. He cares about Misaki and he spoils him with all his might. He's been blind to Usagi-san's feelings towards him, when he announced he was getting married it tore Usagi-san apart but in came Misaki to the rescue. He really is guillable just like his little brother, he loves Misaki so much that he quit school to help support his brother after his parents died.

Keiichi Sumi is "friends" with Misaki, but he only used him to get what he really wanted, Usagi-san. He is very mysterious and it is very hard to tell whether he's serious or not. Even thought he tried to steal Usagi from Misaki it is later shown that he really cares about Misaki, so he backs off. (well not in this story he doesn't >:D)
