He is a rather big cat about the size of a fat shiatsu dog,his breed might be of a Britist Blue mix for his fur is all Grey except for a small white spot of fur on his belly and he has big bright glowing yellow eyes that see everything. He lives in the rough city suburb area named Gravenhage, but is sensitive to sudden loud sounds with the odd exception of fireworks and storms.He can be quite eccentric and flamboyant at times as well.He rarely likes other people or animals but he simply adores his human owner who's name is Grace Rademaker, and he is barely ever to far away from her. For food he normally eats the average dry cat food but hunts after the tantalizing human foods like bacon, eggs and fish. Like most animals the smell of beer, wine etc. disgust him as a cat. Smudge could always talk and walk like a human for thous of you wondering, but has kept this fact a secert from the world and his beloved human fearing what might happen but when a gang of sinister city cats show up wanting to dominate all of the human grounds and will not stop at anything to achieve it Mr.meows takes a stand.

Grace Rademaker pronounced as Ra-Dem-maker she is the small human owner of Mr. Smudge Meows her height is 4'11'' and she has long light chestnut brown hair and has wide blue-Grey eyes that change shades with her emotions. though small she is quite strong from the work that comes with being in a bakery(the name of said bakery is Cafe' a la mode) she lives with her older sister Ann above the bakery with her cat and her sisters two dogs Lola a havanese and Faith an old but very sweet dog.She has always been protective and loving of her smudge and perhaps spoiled him ab it when he was a kitten and has what might be called a bond with him as well. she has a dark sense of humor at times but is ab it optimistic with everything, she can be easily distracted at times but when focused its hard to stop her. sadly when she gets upset and passed her 'breaking point' she blacks out and causes rage full havoc upon who had pushed her over the edge in a frightful demonic way

Ann is the busy, beautiful older sister of Grace though completely related she looks like the complete opposite of Grace at 5'4'' very long soft golden hair and fierce green eyes she is very strong willed, independent and determined young lady. she loves and cares for her sister and her two dogs Lola a play full havanese, and Faith an old sweetheart mix.

Gizmo the young heir to the dark throne. to the characters at first in the story he is a sinister heir shroud in mystery however truth be told he is the complete opposite of that.he has the common sense of a human, human habits and is musically passionate(to the Clan music means happiness which isn't allowed) , he speaks in a musical tone that gets low and scary when shy making him sound evil. his human is Rose Fullwood who raised him alone he being the only one born in a litter and taught him how to sing and most other things so he sings her their favorite song that Magnolia Wine often.
